- No — it's walk-ins only, and the line is the system. Join from your phone, the kiosk at the door, or by calling the shop.
- Do I have to wait at the shop?
- Nope. Once you're on the list, go run an errand or grab a coffee — we'll text you when you're almost up.
- Can I put a friend or my kids on the list?
- Sure — add one entry per haircut so everyone gets their own spot and their own text.
- What if I miss my turn?
- Come see Freddy or Ulices when you get in — they'll work you back into the line.
